Orange County Soccer Officials, Inc is an approved local board for NYSCOS (New York State Certified Officials of Soccer, Inc). Our association provides certified soccer officials to the NYSPHSAA member schools in Orange County, NY.

    Boys: Play Two 15minute "Sudden Victory" periods followed by penalty kicks if needed
    Girls: Play Two 10 minute complete periods, followed by Two 5 minute "Sudden Victory" periods, followed by penalty kicks if needed.
